Equine4sale, is primarily for individuals to buy and sell unwanted or surplus equestrian items and to buy or sell or offer for loan horses. It is not intended for professional traders, wholesalers or retailers to list their goods and services. The editor reserves the right to remove such listings at their discretion.

Users of Equine4sale are responsible for their own compliance with any applicable laws and regulations, including ensuring that they sell only items to which they have legal title. Also, that they do not list any item or text that is illegal, offensive, lewd, threatening or otherwise objectionable. The owners of Equine4sale reserve the right to terminate at their sole discretion and without notice any listing or other use of Equine4sale, and to close Equine4sale without notice or to modify the listings and/or its terms of use at anytime and without notice.
